You are required to follow the instructions as under:

You are required to send a Powerpoint Presentation (.pptx) of your Research Proposal, with maximum 10 slides, highlighting area of your research interest. Please ensure to name the powerpoint presentation file name as registration number only. For example, if your registration number is 12345, then file name should be 12345.pptx. Maximum five minutes will be allowed to give the presentation during the online interview. The presentation is to be sent through revert email at jasvir.k@nielit.gov.in, and must reach the given email at least one day before the scheduled date of interview.

You should remain available during the given slot till the completion of your interview. Exact time of joining will be intimated to you on your registered mobile number. Join the google meet immediately upon receiving the instructions to do so accordingly. Be patient while the Meeting Administrator allows you in.

Appear for interview by sitting in a peaceful and adeduately lighted area.

Test your microphone and web camera before interview. Also ensure to give permisssions for and enable the microphone and Web camera at the time of joining the meeting. The Camera should be focused on the your face and the background must be without any artificial filters, etc.

Ensure the good internet connectivity and high speed.

Make sure no one else is around when you are giving your interview.

Make sure that no other audio or sound creates disturbance during the interview.

Your candidature is provisional. You should keep the eligiblity documents ready for reference and queries. Any candidate can be disqualified at the time of interview or at any later stage if not eligible / without valid Qualifying Score or Educational Qualification).

During the interview, in addition to being well-versed in your subject(s), you will be expected to brief the committee about your research interest area(s) and the research proposal with the presentation. You will be assessed on the presentation of research proposal, subject knowledge, scientific aptitute and overall personality.
